Who is an IBOSD Outreach Trainer?

An IBOSD Outreach Trainer is an industry professional authorized by the International Board of Skills & Development - UK Ltd to promote, deliver, and support IBOSD skill qualification programs in accordance with IBOSD standards and guidelines.

Outreach Trainers play an important role in expanding quality skill education and professional development opportunities across various industries and regions.

Eligibility Criteria
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant industry experience
  • Passion for teaching and skill development
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Commitment to professional ethics and quality training delivery

Professionals from safety, ESG, logistics, oil & gas, mining, quality, AI, leadership, healthcare, and other sectors are encouraged to apply.

How the Outreach Trainer System Operates
  • Outreach Trainers will be attached to regional Authorized Training Providers (ATPs) for administrative purposes only.
  • Trainers may independently market and deliver IBOSD-approved courses as per IBOSD guidelines.
  • Examination administration and certification processes will be managed by the respective ATP.
  • Certificates will be issued by International Board of Skills & Development - UK Ltd.
How to Become Licensed

Applicants must successfully complete:

  • The respective qualification/course they intend to deliver, and
  • The IBOSD Skill Development Framework Program (SDFP) - a trainer familiarization program

License Fee: GBP 350/-

License Validity & Renewal
  • Initial trainer license validity: 12 months
  • Trainers must renew their license every 12 months
  • Annual renewal fee: GBP 35/-
